Royal Mail Ltd v Jhuti [2017] EWCA Civ 1632
Appeal against a decision of the EAT in a whistleblowing case that a dismissal by one person in ignorance of the true facts (in this case because a former manager was trying to manipulate the situation to remove the Claimant) can be attributed to the employer of both of them. Appeal allowed.

Eiger Securities LLP v Korshunova UKEAT/0149/16/DM
Appeal against a decision that the Claimant’s dismissal was unfair under section 103A of the ERA because she made a protected disclosure and that she had been subjected to a detriment within the meaning of ERA section 47B on the ground that she had made a protected disclosure. Appeal allowed and remitted to a fresh Tribunal.
