Cases

We have created an index, together with a short headline note and keywords, of all available employment law related decisions of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and EAT. The content is prepared by our experienced legal information editors.

The index stretches back to 2010 and so provides an accessible first stop for any research into the current thinking of our judges. New cases are usually published within one week of the judgment becoming available. This content is FREE to view for all site visitors.

We concentrate on cases arising from the employer / employee relationship including unfair dismissal, grievances, breach of contract and trade union activity. We do not currently publish cases relating to immigration, health and safety, pensions or professional fitness to practice. Legislation
