BT Managed Services Ltd v Edwards & Anor UKEAT/0241/14/MC
Appeal against a decision which ruled that an employee who was on long term sick leave with no possibility of returning to work, and who was in receipt of PHI payments (which were no longer insured) was not assigned to an organised grouping and so his employment did not transfer to the transferee. Appeal dismissed.
