Appeal against a decision not to allow the Respondent’s application for an extension of time to serve its response to the Claimant’s ET claim. Second appeal against a decision that the ET would determine remedy without need for a hearing and refusing the Respondent’s request to participate in the remedy stage of the proceedings after a liability hearing upheld the Claimant’s claims.
