Appeal against the refusal by the Registrar to extend time for the employer's appeal against an ET deicision. The court stayed the decision until the employer had produced additional evidence and the court had heard the application for permission to adduce this further evidence.

Ahmed v Ministry of Justice UKEAT/0390/14/RN
Appeal against a finding that, although the claimant had been treated less favourably because of race in connection with a move of workplace, his claim in respect of this issue was out of time and the ET declined to extend time. There were other appeals against the dismissal of his claims of direct race discrimination, harassment and victimisation. The respondent also appealed the finding of race discrimination.
