October 2019 Online Update Course
This month's 12 questions are based on a Supreme Court case relating to the employment status of judges and a Court of Appeal case relating to race discrimination.
The relevant cases are:

NOTE: new training requirements
'Hours' of CPD no longer have to be recorded.
However, we do know that some people still want to record the time spent on training so our courses will continue to have a number of hours and minutes attached.
In that case, each question answered correctly 10 minutes of CPD is added to your training record so if you answer all 12 that will give you 2 hours.
