West London Mental Health NHS Trust v Chhabra [2013] UKSC 80
Appeal against a Court of Appeal ruling which overturned a High Court decision which had granted the complainant a declaration and injunctive relief, preventing the respondent Trust's disciplinary panel from investigating confidentiality concerns as matters of gross misconduct under the Trust's disciplinary policy. Appeal allowed and an order restraining the Trust from (a) pursuing any of the confidentiality concerns contained in the Trust's letter of 12 August 2011 as matters of gross misconduct and (b) pursuing any confidentiality concerns without first re-starting and completing an investigation under its policy D4A was substituted.
