Pulman v Merthyr Tydfil College Ltd UKEAT/0309/16/JOJ
Appeal against findings that the Claimant's dismissal was fair and that he was not unlawfully discriminated against on the ground of his disability. The appeal was stayed while the matter was remitted back to the Tribunal under the Burns/Barke procedure.
