Barts and the London NHS Trust v Verma [2013] UKSC 20
Appeal concerning interpretation of pay protection provisions in the NHS Terms and Conditions where the claimant had taken a lower-paid training position and subsequently claimed for unlawful deductions. The Supreme Court overturned the Court of Appeal, restored the decision of the EAT and remitted outstanding issues to the ET.
