Komeng v Creative Support Ltd UKEAT/0275/18/JOJ
Appeal against the ET’s judgment in a direct race discrimination complaint. Appeal allowed in part.
BAE Systems (Operations) Ltd v Konczak UKEAT/0243/13/DA
Appeal against the level of compensation awarded to the claimant after her successful claim of sex and disability discrimination, victimisation and automatic unfair dismissal. Cross-appeal in relation to the calculations of future loss, pension loss and interest. Appeal and cross-appeal allowed and remitted to the same Tribunal.
Timbulas v The Construction Workers Guild Ltd UKEAT/0325/13/GE
Appeal against two decision made by the ET concerning the calculation of holiday pay and the issue of consequential loss. Appeal allowed in part.
Petrodel Resources Ltd v Le Breton  EWCA Civ 1605
Appeal arising from claims for unpaid salary, and interest on the amount, where the claimant had been offered a rise in salary to head a new venture that in the event did not go ahead though he remained working for the original business. Appeal dismissed.
Francois v Castle Rock Properties Ltd UKEAT/0260/10/SM
Appeal against refusal to make an allowance for delay in payment for loss of earnings and award of costs by reason of the conduct of a representative. Appeal on delay issue dismissed but costs award set aside.
