ICAP Management Services Ltd v Berry & Anor [2017] EWHC 1321 (QB)
The court had to determine whether an injunction placed upon the first defendant preventing him from taking up employment with the second defendant until the end of his 12 month garden leave should be continued. The injunction was enforced.

JM Finn & Co Limited v Holliday [2013] EWHC 3450 (QB)
Appeal against the imposition of an injunction which prevented the employee from taking up his new position with a competitor until the expiry of his 12 month garden leave. Appeal dismissed.
