As you will know the Employment Appeal Tribunal has been closed down while the coronavirus pandemic is with us.

That of course means that the stream of judgments from that court - the mainstay of our content – has dried up.

However, we want to assure you that we will keep the service running and report any other judgments that are published: the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court may still publish judgments during this period and we will make sure we bring you notice of them if that is the case.

We will also keep you up-to-date with any important legislative or procedural news and will publish our bi-monthly CPD courses.

We are, of course, monitoring the situation closely and rest assured, once the EAT reopens, we will resume our normal service. 

Finally we hope all our readers are safe during this time.
