President stays cases that rely on the Supreme Court decision in Unison
Case Managment Order published
A Presidential Case Management Order has been published which has the effect of staying any claims that might be brought as a result of the [Unison ]()judgment (which ruled that imposing Tribunal fees was unlawful) until the MoJ and HMCTS have decided what the implications of that decision might be.
You can read the full case management order here.
The fallout from the Supreme Court decision will be covered by Ben Gray of Littleton Chambers in our forthcoming Employment Tribunal Remedies & Fees Update webinar to be broadcast on 12 September at 5pm.
Ben is the General Editor of the just published Employment Tribunal Remedies Handbook 2017-18.
