Parties can share details of judicial assessment with Acas
Issue discussed at National User Group meeting
Parties who undertake the new [judicial assessment process]() will be able to discuss the matter with Acas if further negotiations are required.
This was confirmed by The President following discussion at the October National User Group meeting where concerns about misinformation were raised by the Acas representative.
The minutes to that meeting state that
"The President and the Regional Employment Judges have since agreed that the parties are free to discuss with Acas conciliators what had been said during any Judicial Assessments. They do not feel that it is necessary at the moment to amend the Presidential Guidance to make that explicit, but the President will consider doing so when he reviews the experience of Judicial Assessments during its first year"
