Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2010
**This is the second Commencement Order made under the Equality Act 2010. Article 2 commences further provisions of that Act to supplement provisions previously commenced by the Equality Act (Commencement No. 1) Order 2010 S.I. No. 2010/1736 (C.91) so far as necessary for making subordinate legislation and guidance and Article 3 commences a further provision in relation to making Codes of Practice under the previously commenced provisions.
