Appeal against ruling by a Tribunal that the protected disclosure relied upon by the claimant in an unfair dismissal claim was not a qualifying disclosure. The EAT found that the ET was entitled to conclude that the claimant had not shown sufficient evidence to prove that he had a reasonable belief that the respondent had failed to comply with a legal obligation.
