The Employment Rights Act 1996 (Coronavirus, Calculation of a Week’s Pay) Regulations 2020 (“the principal Regulations”) set out how a week’s pay is to be calculated in the case of an employee who has been furloughed under the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (“the CJRS”).

Amended EAT Practice Direction published
Paragraph 19 of the Practice Direction (Employment Appeal Tribunal – Procedure) 2018, concerning hearings (including sub-paragraphs 19.1, 19.2 and 19.3), is revoked and replaced by the whole of the new Paragraph 19 set out in the schedule below.
