The unsuccessful Claimant in the ET proceedings appealed to the EAT but her appeals were lodged out of time. She had failed to attach the ET judgment to her appeal but indicated that part of the problem was that the file sizes were too big and she needed to reduce them down so they could be attached. The Registrar refused to extend time and she appealed to the Court of Appeal.

The appeal was dismissed. The Claimant knew the time limits and the Rules are very strict. There was no error of law on the part of the EAT judge.
