Appeal against a ruling that the claimant was a worker for the purpose of the extended definition of that term under section 43K(1) Employment Rights Act 1996, so as to entitle him to bring a claim of having suffered detriment under section 47B by reason of having made a protected disclosure and that his employer for the purposes of section 43K(2)(a) had been the respondent. Appeal dismissed.
