A v B Local Authority & Anor [2016] EWCA Civ 766
Appeal against the dismissal of the ET's decision, which was upheld by the EAT, that the Claimant's dismissal was only procedurally unfair and that any compensation would therefore be reduced under Polkey and for contributory fault. Appeal dismissed by a majority.
