Appeal against an EAT decision allowing an appeal against an ET ruling which said that the ET did not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and right to be accompanied at a disciplinary hearing because he did not have strong enough links with the UK and British employment law. Appeal allowed and ET’s judgment restored.
