Appeal against a decision to allow the claimant's claim to proceed despite it being out of time. Appeal allowed and remitted to the same Tribunal for re-consideration.**
[Harden v Wootlif & Anor** ]()UKEAT/0448/14/DA
Appeal against a decision to extend time for a complaint of harassment to be heard. Appeal allowed.**
[Ministry of Justice v Burton & Anor** ]()UKEATPA/1215/14/LA
Appeal against an order by the Registrar of the EAT, who exercised her discretion to extend time to the unsuccessful Respondent, the Ministry of Justice, to file an appeal against a decision in ongoing litigation between a number of former and present Judges and the Ministry of Justice. Appeal dismissed.**
