EAT: Remote Hearings Protocol
The EAT has published a protocol which applies to the conduct of all hearings in the EAT from 12 June 2020, where it has been directed that the hearing is to take place remotely.

Amended EAT Practice Direction published
Paragraph 19 of the Practice Direction (Employment Appeal Tribunal – Procedure) 2018, concerning hearings (including sub-paragraphs 19.1, 19.2 and 19.3), is revoked and replaced by the whole of the new Paragraph 19 set out in the schedule below.
