The Ministry of Justice has announced that anyone eligible can now apply for a refund of tribunal fees following the Supreme Court's ruling that the scheme was unlawful.

A pilot scheme for 1,000 invited applicants was implemented in October and that has now been widened to anyone who paid fees at an Employment Tribunal or Employment Appeals Tribunal between 29 July 2013 and 26 July 2017.
