President of the Employment Appeals Tribunal – Mr Justice Choudhury
The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon, has appointed The Honourable Mr Justice Choudhury to be President of the Employment Appeals Tribunal with effect from 1 January 2019.
He succeeds The Honourable Mrs Justice Simler who will be standing down from the role on 31 December 2018 having served 3 years as President.
