The Honourable Mrs Justice Eady has been appointed President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal. She took up post on 1 February 2022 and succeeds The Honourable Mr Justice Choudhury who stood down from the role on 31 December 2021 having served 3 years as President. The Honourable Mrs Justice Jennifer Eady sat as a fee-paid Employment Judge from 2001-2008, and became a Recorder in 2004, before being appointed as a Senior Circuit Judge for the Employment Appeal Tribunal in 2013. She became a High Court Judge, assigned to the Queen’s Bench Division, in 2019.
