There have been 22,000 refunds payments made for Employment Tribunal fees refunds, totalling nearly £18m, since the scheme was launched in October 2017. This total is revealedin this quarter's Tribunal statistics covering July to September 2019. The figures also show a probable slowing down in the rate of refund applications with 59 being received in that period as opposed to 140 between March and June this year.
