ET decisions are now being published on the Gov.uk website - you can access the webpage here.

About 100 have been published so far, some going back to 2015, although the understanding was that judgments would not be published retrospectively. It is not clear whether every judgment made from now on will automatically be published on this site.

You can search for judgments by entering a search term into the search box. However, you need to enter whole words, not parts of words - entering, for example, part of a case number will not generate any results.

You can also search by type of case (or jurisdiction code as they call it), for example unfair dismissal or disability discrimination, to filter the cases you want to see as well as narrow down according to date or country.

A really nice addition is the opportunity to sign up for updates as and when the website is updated - you can get an immediate alert, or you can sign up for daily or weekly alerts.
