Employment Rights Act 1996 (Itemised Pay Statement) (Amendment) Order 2018 SI 2018/147
Amends what needs to be included in a pay statement from April 2019
Amends section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 to require that, where an employee's pay varies as a consequence of the time worked, their itemised pay statement contains information about the number of hours worked.
