**Appeal against a decision by the EAT ruling that the ET had not erred in failing to take account of the deduced effect of the appellant’s illness and that a costs order made against her should stand. Appeal dismissed.
[Stuart v London City Airport Ltd]() **[2013] EWCA Civ 973
**Appeal against a decision by the EAT to remit a case of unfair dismissal back to the ET. Appeal allowed.
[Ross v Eddie Stobart Ltd]() **UKEAT/0068/13/RN
**Appeal against rejection of unfair dismissal claims involving consideration of burden of proof where the claim involved whistleblowing. Appeal dismissed.
[Governing Body of St Andrew's Catholic Primary School & Ors v Blundell ]()**UKEAT/0259/12/RN
**Appeal against the rejection of the respondent’s application for costs in a case where they claimed that the claimant had deliberately withheld information causing the remedy decision to be revisited.
[East Midlands Trains Ltd v National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers ]()**[2013] EWCA Civ 1072
**Appeal against refusal to grant an injunction to prevent industrial action over temporary changes to work patterns that had not been agreed. Appeal allowed.
[Docherty & Anor v S W Global Resourcing Ltd]() **[2013] CSIH 72
**Appeal against an EAT decision which overturned the ET’s finding that the claimants had been constructively unfairly dismissed. Appeal allowed and remitted to the ET.
For each question answered correctly 10 minutes of CPD is added to your training record so if you answer all 15 that will give you 2.5 hours.
