Appointment of a Senior Circuit Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal
The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has appointed Simon Joseph Auerbach as a Senior Circuit Judge of the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
He will be based at Fleetbank House, Central London, with effect from Monday 10 December 2018.
Simon Joseph Auerbach, aged 57, will continue to be known as His Honour Judge Auerbach. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1985. He was appointed as a fee-paid Chairman of the Employment Tribunals in 2004, a salaried Employment Judge in 2007, a Recorder in 2010 and a Circuit Judge in 2018.
