Redmans' head office is based in Richmond (London) but most business is conducted via telephone and email. There are no billable hour targets, and it's a relaxed, fun, working environment with a good work-life balance. The role is full-time but Redmans can accommodate flexible hours or a 4-day week, and is flexible as to where you choose to work.

Redmans' instructions usually involve negotiating and agreeing terms for employees leaving their jobs, although the firm does also conduct employment tribunals (for both claimants and respondents). You will have experience drafting proceedings, conducting Employment Tribunal litigation, and undertaking Employment Tribunal advocacy on behalf of parties.
